A new publicity drive aimed at maintaining the pressure on Manchester United's unpopular owners has been unveiled by a group of the team's football fans.
The Manchester United Supporters' Trust's (MUST's) "New Season. Same Goal" campaign will see 48 posters placed at prominent sites in central Manchester and the organisation is hoping it will maintain the momentum of last season's green and gold protests.
MUST chief executive Duncan Drasdo told Goal.com: "This picks up where we left off last season and demonstrates our continuing commitment to helping bring about a change of ownership at [Manchester United]."
Drasdo claimed that anti-Glazer sentiment among the football club's followers has not simply dissipated and warned the Americans that much of the previous demand for season tickets has "completely evaporated".
Earlier this week, Keith Harris of the Red Knights consortium told Sky Sports News the Glazers still appear to be unwilling to listen to offers for the football club.
