Manchester United have agreed a new football sponsorship deal that will see Turkish Airlines become the team's official carrier.
Full details of the three-year contract have not been announced, but it is said by the club to be worth several million pounds.
Turkish Airlines, which will replace the current Manchester United carrier AirAsia, has already announced a similar three-year deal with Barcelona this week that is reportedly worth around £2.7 million per year to the UEFA Champions League holders.
The deal will see the airline sit alongside a number of major brands that currently endorse the English Premier League champions, including principal sponsor AIG, official car supplier Audi, official spirits sponsor Smirnoff and official sportswear partner Nike.
US insurance giant Aon is set to take over from AIG as the club's official shirt sponsor at the start of the 2010-11 season in a record four-year deal valued at £80 million.
