The Liverpool Echo has announced a new campaign to find the most dedicated fans of Liverpool, Everton and Tranmere Rovers.
People on Merseyside are being encouraged to nominate fanatical supporters who go to "incredible lengths" to follow their team.
Nominations will be collected over the next two weeks before a panel of judges meets to choose a winner for each of the three clubs.
The top fans will then be invited to attend the Liverpool Echo's Merseyside Sports Personality of the Year Awards, which takes place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on March 1st.
Phil Hughes was the last winner of the publication's fans of the year competition for Tranmere Rovers.
The supporter was nominated for the award after attending every first-team league or cup game at Prenton Park between March 1982 and September 2003, before his wedding day brought the 21-year run of games to an end.
Last year, Liverpool striker Fernando Torres was crowned the Merseyside Sports Personality of the Year after his goals helped Rafa Benitez's side to their highest ever English Premier League finish.
