England supporters have reacted with dismay after it emerged that this weekend's FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Ukraine will be broadcast exclusively live on the internet.
Following the collapse of Setanta, which initially purchased the rights for the game in Dnipro on Saturday (October 10th), international agency Kentaro sold the match to digital sport specialist Perform.
The fixture will now be streamed live on the internet for a subscription fee, leaving many supporters disappointed that they will be unable to watch the action on television.
Supporters' spokesperson Mark Perryman described the internet-only deal as "outrageous".
He told the Press Association: "FIFA and UEFA should make it a condition of entry to World Cup and European Championship qualifying campaigns that games must be sold only free-to-air, both to the home market and the away market."
Former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson is believed to be part of the studio team for the match, which kicks off at 17:15 BST.
Although his side have already qualified for the FIFA World Cup finals next summer, Fabio Capello has said that he intends to start with his strongest possible team in Saturday's fixture.
