Sulaiman Al-Fahim is set to hold a meeting with Portsmouth football fans on Friday September 25th.
According to the Portsmouth News, the club's new owner has confirmed that he will meet to discuss his future plans for the English Premier League side with the Pompey Virtual Alliance, a group comprised of representatives from supporters' websites.
Fahim took control at Fratton Park last month in a deal reported to be worth about £60 million.
Speaking to the newspaper, Portsmouth fan John Westwood said that he is viewing the Dubai businessman's takeover in a positive light.
He said: "I don't believe Fahim would buy the club and make a fool of himself by backing out. I think he will have contacts we can only dream about
"I'm convinced it will all come right in the end. I'm optimistic and I always have been."
Earlier this week, Portsmouth chief executive Peter Storrie announced that Fahim has secured new finance for the club "in principle".
