Partick Thistle fans to quiz chairman

A Scottish newspaper is giving supporters of Partick Thistle the chance to ask the club's decision-makers their burning questions.

Football fans wanting to quiz the board of directors at Firhill have been invited to submit a question to the Glaswegian, which will then select the ten best queries and forward them on to chairman Allan Cowan.

Supporters have until Tuesday September 22nd to send the publication their questions, which could concern the immediate outlook for Partick Thistle or the future of Scottish football in general.

A deal to sell part of the Glasgow club's Firhill ground to a property company and then lease the stadium back as a way of financing its debt is expected to go through later this year.

The 10,887-capacity ground in Maryhill has been the club's home for the last 100 years.

Partick Thistle are currently sixth in the Scottish First Division, having taken six points from their opening five games.
