A football fan has taken it upon himself to make a complaint after deciding that Scottish clubs have not passed down VAT cuts to paying spectators.
Andy Walker, a 58-year-old Celtic supporter from Dundee, told BBC Scotland that the price of food such as pies and hot dogs have remained unchanged since the start of the season.
However, he believes that caterers at Scottish grounds should be passing on reductions, after the government decided to cut VAT from 17.5 per cent to 15 per cent in December.
He told the BBC: "From the start of the season right to the present day prices have remained the same.
"Everything was supposed to have been cheaper and it's not happened - so why is the football supporter being fleeced?"
He added that clubs could be making thousands of pounds by not passing on the cuts, with potentially six pence not being passed on to fans from every £3 hot dog sold.
Meanwhile, football fan Tom Dickinson recently announced that Morecambe have the best pies in the football league after he sampled the food at all football league grounds.
