The Scottish Football Association (SFA) could carry out its threat to fine Hearts £10,000 after the club picked up a sixth red card of the season during Saturday's 1-0 defeat against Aberdeen.
The SFA fined Hearts £30,000 in the summer as punishment for the Scottish Premier League outfit's poor disciplinary record, and warned the club's owners that a further £10,000 levy would be imposed unless matters improve.
Defender Marius Zaliukas's sending off against Aberdeen could therefore trigger further SFA action.
Yet Hearts manager Laszlo thinks that referees' preconceptions have led to his side being unfairly treated.
He was quoted by the Scotsman as adding: "In the past, this club maybe had some problems. If you do something and get a red card or yellow card now, everyone drags that up and says: 'Oh, Hearts have a problem again.'"
Laszlo is "confident" that Saturday's derby game against Hibs won't see any of his players taking an early bath.
