Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven confirmed on Wednesday (November 26th) that they made a net profit of 29.3 million during the 2007/08 season.
Huub Stevens' side, who are currently sitting in sixth place in the Eredivisie, posted a total of 97 million in revenue over the course of the campaign.
The figure is largely being attributed to the sale of a parking complex at their Philips Stadion home, which was agreed in 2003 but only completed this year.
The net profit also represents an increase of 20 million from the 2006/07 season as PSV took their share of the 88 million Champions League pot, despite only finishing in third place in the group stages.
However, the club has been largely unable to invest the substantial sum back into the team, working instead with a 2.8 million budget after expenses on resolving debts and player contracts.
PSV's current top scorer is 22-year-old Dutch starlet Ibrahim Afellay, who has racked up seven goals in ten league starts to date.
