Barclays are taking the Premier League football trophy on a tour of the country to give fans the chance to see the coveted prize.

While Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are the favourites to have their hands on the prize come May, fans will get the opportunity to beat them to it.

According to the Lancashire Evening Post, Preston will be the latest stop on the tour.

The trophy will be exhibited at the Barclays branch on Balfour Court on Monday.

Fans can have their picture taken with the trophy in the branch which will be decorated with a Premier League theme.

Those wanting to get their hands on the prize can make a cash donation to the Cash for Kids, with the bank matching any contribution.

The trophy has already been to Hull City where it celebrated the team's promotion to the top flight.

Fans in Hull were lucky enough to see the trophy and manager Phil Brown when he visited a Barclays branch to see the prize.
