Shetland football fans will be able to attend their match against Cove Rangers tomorrow (Saturday) after a ferry company agreed to delay the departure of its last boat.
Kicking off at 15:00 at Allen Park, the last ferry to leave has been extended to 17:30 instead of 16:30 to allow Shetland fans to support their side.
It is the first time Shetland have competed in the North Region Challenge Cup but they must play all their fixtures away from home, meaning fans are forced to get the ferry.
A spokesman for Northlink said that the ferry would allow Shetland fans a chance to get home and it would depart when all the fans were safely checked in.
Shetland made the second round of the competition after they beat Fort William 5-0 earlier this month.
They now face the league champions in a tough tie.
