AFC Bournemouth have announced that Sport-6 have become the new owners of the club after pledging to invest a seven-figure sum.
The deal sees Paul Baker and Alastair Saverimutto, directors of the marketing group, join the club's board.
Mr Saverimutto will become chief executive but Jeff Mostyn will stay on as chairman with Steve Sly keeping his position as vice-chairman.
Mr Mostyn said the funds were in place to secure the club through the rest of the administration process.
"This football club is about to get a very solid infrastructure and a business plan that will provide the non-matchday income to secure the club's future."
The new owners have also backed manager Kevin Bond and Mr Baker told BBC Radio Solent that he was fully behind the club.
"I'm a supporter and they are a supporter. They'll be doing due diligence on the new owners as I would have done," he explained.
He said he wanted them to be confident that the new owners will respect the interests of the club.
A transfer embargo has also been relaxed, allowing the club to bring in new players on contracts or in loan deals.
