A group of Manchester City fans have come up with a novel way of watching their team in the Faroe Islands this week after they hired a 72ft fishing trawler.
Fans are going to see the first leg of the club's Uefa Cup first qualifying round tie against EB/Streymur and 12 have decided a trawler is the best way to travel.
Due to the high cost of flights, 12 fans have paid £285 to make the 26-hour trip to Torshavn for the match.
Starting in Manchester, the fans will travel to Aberdeen to get an overnight ferry to Lerwick on the Shetland Isles before boarding their boat.
The 14-berth boat, named 'The Three sisters', is complete with a kitchen, toilets and a shower.
Leighton Gobbett is organising the tour and said it should be the "funniest" trip ever.
"It really is for people that want a trip of a lifetime and are up for a laugh," he explained.
FourFourTwo Magazine is helping to fund the trip and Matthew Weiner, deputy editor, said it showed the qualities of football fans.
Fans travelling to the game are being asked to document the details of their journeys with the club's museum for a display to commemorate the match.
