Football fans have been heading to the Uefa website in their droves during Euro 2008.
The football governing body reported that the euro2008.com homepage had registered record traffic of more than one billion page views since it was launched in February 2008.
June has seen about 42 million supporters log on from over 200 countries to view a wide range of topics with up to 4.3 million users logging on during a single day.
Alezandre Fourtoy, chief executive officer of Uefa Media Technologies SA, said: "We also see a lot of interaction between the fans and ourselves. As our website was made for the fans by the fans, it is really a pleasure to see everyone participating all day long."
According to Mr Fourtoy, fans logging on the site can expect to find all the information about the teams taking part in the tournament as well as the players.
"We have an exceptional set of statistics, and we have a great matchcentre which offers heat maps live for all the players during the game," he explained.
Euro 2008 finishes on Sunday when the final will be contested between either Germany or Turkey and Russia or Spain.
