Scottish Premier League side Gretna have once again been kept afloat by money from the league.
The struggling side is already relegated from the SPL and the money from the league is being seen as an advance on the parachute payment it will receive when the season is over.
Gretna ran into financial difficulties when its owner went into hospital with a brain ailment.
Since then, there has been no funding coming into the club and no official owner.
The club has gone into administration and Wilson Field, the administrator, had threatened to collapse it.
However, the SPL came in with a payment of £340,000 to save Gretna, at least until the end of the season.
Sponsorship and television rights money has already been forwarded but the future of Gretna still remains uncertain as it heads towards the Scottish First Division.
A new owner is currently being sought.
