The official website of Arsenal FC is now partly owned by American businessman Stan Kroenke.
His firm, KSE UK Inc, paid ITV £22.7 million for Arsenal Broadband Limited.
It gives the firm a stake in Arsenal.com and increases Kroenks's presence at Arsenal.
He already owns a 12.2 per cent stake in the club and is considered to be vital in preventing Uzbek billionaire Alisher Usmanov from launching a takeover of Arsenal.
After the purchase of Arsenal Broadband Limited, Arsenal Broadband and the Colorado Rapids, of the Major League Soccer in the US and owned by Kroenke, signed an agreement.
It is part of an attempt to have a strategic accord between Arsenal and the Rapids, as well as boosting Arsenal's profile in the US.
On the pitch, Arsenal are preparing to face Liverpool at Anfield in the second leg of the Uefa Champions League quarter final tonight (April 8th).
It is widely seen as the Gunners' last chance of landing silverware this season, although manager Arsene Wenger remains adamant that his side can still win the Premier League if they beat Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday (April 13th).
