Cardiff City chairman Peter Risdale has reiterated his fear that the club could go into administration if they lose their High Court battle.
The club is currently embroiled in a case against Langstone, a company owned by former Cardiff City chairman Sam Hammam.
The row centres over a loan given by Langstone to the club, which Mr Risdale claims does not have to be repaid until 2016.
However, Langstone is adamant that payment was required earlier and says that Cardiff City are now in arrears.
The company wants the club to pay the £24 million debt in full, something Risdale says Cardiff City cannot afford to do.
A hearing is scheduled for March 10th and Risdale has revealed his fear that the club will go into administration if they lose the case.
Despite this, the chairman is adamant that Cardiff City will move to a new stadium whatever the outcome.
