It is expected that media sales for Euro 2008 will better than previous tournaments.
SportFive said that it expects Euro 2008 to be the most successful European Football Championships of all time.
Euro 2004, played in Portugal, generated 552.6 million in media sales but this is expected to be surpassed in the summer.
The sales figure includes rights for television, radio and new media and SportFive is confident of beating the previous best.
This year's tournament is to be hosted by Austria and Switzerland between June 7th and June 29th.
Earlier this month ITV reported that it would not be televising the tournament following the failure of all the British national sides to qualify.
Traditionally, ITV and the BBC both show live matches from the tournament but with the former having pulled out, the BBC will now have sole broadcasting rights in the UK.
However, ITV will broadcast highlights of the matches.
