Serie A leaders Inter Milan are on the verge of signing a new kit deal with Nike, it has been reported.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Inter's current deal with the American kit manufacturer will soon come to an end and a new, improved contract is being discussed.
The current deal runs until June 30th 2009 and is valued at around 9 million a year, while the mooted new agreement is worth an estimated 12 to 14 million a season over a ten year period.
This would represent a 50 per cent increase on the current contract and would put Inter in the same bracket in terms of financial clout as Arsenal, Manchester United and Barcelona.
